The hotel had very modern and minimalist rooms, tastefully decorated and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The service, especially from Chrissy, was amazing and readily available for any assistance needed. Its unbeatable central location in Pack Square makes it ideal for exploring downtown. The dining experience was good, although not to my taste, at $15 per person. Overall, a great value for money stay with well-maintained facilities.

The service, on the other hand, was exceptional, with professional and courteous staff who were always ready to help. The location was a highlight, being right downtown and within walking distance of various attractions. However, the dining options were somewhat overpriced, and the buffet selection was limited.
